We went in to see if they could do a tune up before a long weekend trip and despite being busy, they were able to squeeze us in. The report that all the mechanics had with each other was really cool and were friendly. Everyone was wonderful! We mostly spoke with Jared and he was utterly amazing, a very honorable man and walked us through what was wrong (even showing us the damaged parts) and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He is very polite, knowledgeable and kind. Definitely deserves a raise!

Went in for a oil change on subaru 4 cylinder and went store right next door came back when they called to tell me it was done to the bill of $122.00 dollars for a oil change and oil filter and air filter I think next time I will go some were else or do it my self. HIGH PRICED

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Not trying to sell me a single thing I dont need. They are polite and inform me of pertinent information regarding my car and the oil change. I have paid lifetime oil changes through Lithia Ford, but if im ever headed out of town and cant get into Lithia I go to Precision. Always efficient. Every time my husband takes my car to his oil change people it comes home with an oil leak 2/2!! I asked my husband to take it back to be fixed so it doesn't leak and they informed him it was fine. Both times I had to take my car to the Dealership way before time to get my leaking oil plug fixed. Its pure laziness on the other oil change place. So I WILL recommend Precision to my family and friends!! Thank you

Our VW van broke down near Roseburg on our way back from Calif and DC Tune was the only place open on a Sunday. They were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place.

This is the second least expensive shop in Douglas county.

They con'ed my Fiancé and took advantage of her. We have took both of the cars there just about everytime something happens. Well this time was no different. Except this last time we went in we were given a quote of 200- 250$ for brakes and rudders. So i told my wife lets do it. Then she calls me and tell me that its gonna be 618$!!!! 💥😡😠 and all they added was a brake line flush

Asked them to work on my car and they laughed at me and said to look for other shops to get work done on it I don’t see why a mechanic shop would turn someone down asking them to work on their vehicle I’ll take my money elsewhere and get my work done. Last place I’d go to to get any sort of engine work because they will 99% turn you away from any work you want done on your car
