I've been getting oil changes and have always been satisfied. When my check engine light came on, they diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Today I had a warning light come on so I headed in. Tires just needed air. They added air and checked warning lights. All good to go. A very good place for your car.

Had my truck towed there and they got right on it had fixed in one day awesome mechanics I take all my rigs to them super fast service and excellent mechanics and very knowledgeable would super highly recommend them to anybody

On 8/28/2024; last Wednesday, I went to get my oil changed and paid the regular price of $44.00 dollars. After the oil change, I went straight to the market and to my surprise there was a stack of coupons advertising the price of $19.95. With my coupon in hand, I made a u-turn and went back to DC precision and asked if they would accept the coupon. I have been going to DC precision for 7 seven years, and I am a senior on a fixed income. They said no but this is what really bothered me, he then told me that I had just missed the coupon giveaway a few minutes prior. They had an associate out in front, passing out the coupons and "darn; I had just missed it" he said. OUCH, talk about adding salt to the wound.

Nate and the fellows always do a great job very informative and they look out for their customers.

Reaaaally disappointed in this place. Obviously they are busy all the time and are first come first serve but we brought our call in to get the AC checked/fixed as it had not been working and asked them to rotate the tires. They moaned and complained about us asking to rotate tires… like really?! They did not give us a quote on a timeline to have everything completed so we figured a couple hours. Well a bunch of errands later and lunch and we had still not heard from them. We went back but upon waiting in the lobby, no one seemed to care that there was a customer waiting. We left and went home. After still not hearing from them by 4pm, we called and they didn’t even know where our car was or if it was done. They finally told us the AC compressor needed to be replaced and we decided not to do it at that time OR with them… went to pick up vehicle and they didn’t even rotate the tires?! Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Unorganized!
