There was a problem that I had today during an oil change and after bringing it to someone's attention, the service technician called to apologize. I appreciate making things right and hope my next experience is better.

I usually go here and have a good experience. The manager is a nice guy. The guy who “helped” me today was just in a bad mood. He raised his voice at me and was rude. I’m shocked I didn’t leave right then and there.. I use to work at Les Schwab as a tech and can’t ever imagine ever talking to a customer that way. I’ll find a different place because price doesn’t matter if you talk to people that way.
