We have been very loyal and satisfied customers, since the beginning. We have always been treated very well. Had great service to our vehicles. I do not trust car dealers or mechanics. But Nate has more than earned my trust over the years. I recommend them to everyone! They have worked on everything from our KIAs, Hondas, Jeep, SUVs, conversation van and the only one to touch our 1964 Corvair.

If i could give less, I would. Our experience was horrendous. We brought our truck in to get the ac compressor replaced, and they did; which would be great, but it started overheating the same day we got it back. We took it back in, and they had the truck for over a month trying to fix the problem. It was leaking, then it was over pressuring, then at one point they told me that it was their machine over pressuring the system when they filled it. Every time I called them, it seemed like no one knew what was going on. At about the 1 month mark, I called to see if they had loaners or rentals we could get until they got the truck fixed. At that point, Logan informed us that if they did, they would have to charge us for ALL of the failed repairs they had done under warranty, to "make up for the cost of the rental." They ended up going through 3 compressors. In the end, they couldn't figure how to get the compressor to shut off. They said it was electonic, so they took it to another shop, who determined that they simply hadn't turned off the defrost, which causes the compressor to run all the time. The other shop installed a fan shroud, and in the process, found that DC had crossthreaded one of the refrigerant lines, causing a leak and that they had also crimped the line with vicegrips. In the end, we paid for DC to do the compressor, and the fees from the other shop, to the tune of almost $1500, and now have to pay another almost $800 to the other shop to fix what DC broke. They said they would fix the issue with the crossthreading, but we do not trust them to touch our truck ever again. We will never be bringing one of our vehicles back to this place, and recommend you find somewhere else as well.

Terrible experience, waited over 40 min. They had 8 people employed today and only 1 of them was actually working on anything there others were walking back and forth looking busy with a greasy rag on their shoulder. When the car in front of me finally left I did too, never again will I come here!

Fantastic shop with even better employees. Brendan and Cody (?) Switched out my battery for a new one today while also helping a mother & daughter with a severe leak issue. They are intelligent, efficient, kind and incredibly helpful. I was impressed.

I've traveled 2,736 miles and along the way I have stopped at several auto shops to get my air-conditioning to work none of the other shops even bothered to look at it. Did I mention its 85 outside and 100 in this box lol. The awesome employee's here at DC Precision in Myrtle Creek went way beyond. They went through all my RV manuals to try and find how much psi my air-conditioning needed and searched the Googles. All an all they fixed it. Thank you thank you.

The employees here are awesome, they went above and beyond. They fixed my AC which I had taken to so many places on my 2,732 mile journey in 85 degree weather. Thank you so much.

I was in Oregon for my son's wedding when my car started acting up. I was alone but had been told about this place and the fact that they were open on a Saturday was a bonus I had a vacuum leak so Paul the mechanic took it in and gave it a smoke test to see where the leak was happening he replaced my gaskets in a timely and professional way. Nate was also very accommodating and make sure that I knew what was going on and made me comfortable. All the guys that I interacted with that day were kind and friendly. They put my mind to ease and made a very stressful situation bearable.
