First I want to say I have been sick and fighting medical problems for years now and last few months I have been in bad shape my apologies that it has taken so long to say this...... Anyways I at one time would have given 5 stars but now I wish I could give 0 I had been going to DC precision for years spent 1000s of dollars and even got to know a lot of the staff there and had nothing but great things to say!!. But around 6 or so months back I stopped by the Stewart DC because I saw they were not busy the bay was empty and nobody busy working. I had a question for one of the employees/Tec"s. I walked through this open "door" that I have walked through many times before and not one issue!! "There are no signs put up saying no entry or employees only"... I went looking around for a employee and came across 2 employees sitting down in front of the car lifts next the shop computer. The first word out of the older one of the 2 was not hi or how can I help you sir nope I received a agitated angry guy telling me go through bay door not that door!!! I looked at am asking if the guy that had been helping me out was here I got an rough Noo and an aggravated look I looked at him a just said ok and turned around and left. I have spent a lot of money there and these to people knew me seen me there many times before so treating me like I was a random bum of the street trying to steal something?? Wow idk I know everyone has a bad day but you never talk to a customer that way!! I would let this go if it was a one time thing but it wasn't.a little while before that last incident I had dropped off some launch for a guy that was worked on my Jeep Wrangler kindly helped me and made things right because there was am issues with the repair and as kind gesture I brought him some food later on for getting it taken care of.. later on and talking over around the back entrance one of the employees walks past I ask him if had worked on my car and he look at me a said I'm never going even touch you car or something like that... Wait what I thought 🤔 he just continued on to his vehicle with out another word. Oh well it is what it is that is my experience with DC of Roseburg....

We stopped in on our way home to Arizona from Portland OR with fluid leak. The guys working were wonderful to us. A few adventures happened but the fixed the leak and had us back on the road in 40 mins. They were a real blessing to us.

Logan and his team at DC are fantastic. I came in with an issue with my truck and after a bit of investigating it was determined that the issue we thought was the problem turned out to be something entirely different. The technician was super great at explaining the root cause of the issue and suggested the best course of action. Will definitely be coming back for all future vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Their honesty is their finest quality. After that I respect their knowledge and advise. These mechanics really know their trade and work fast to maintain their customer's vehicles. I came in expecting I needed new brakes and a tune up and they explained why it was not needed. They could have easily talked me into the repairs but the remained honest. Thank you and for this I will continue to bring my vehicles to them.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment. Put new tires on the next day. In three months one rear had been rubbed almost bald, the other rest tire almost as bad. I took the vehicle to another shop to check the alignment again. Everything was still tight but the mechanic told me the alignment by DC precision was the worst he had ever seen. Didn't match the print out they gave me. Do not trust work beyond a simple oil change.

Just to warn everyone don't take your vehicle to dc because they rip you off and when I got my truck back after 1 1/2 weeks I paid 2150.00 to have it fixed when I picked it up the next I went to drive it and engine light come on and no compression to drive it so I took it back and they told me I had a compression leak so they don't me they fixed it with super glue. So beware if you take your vehicle there. I would never take any vehicle's there from now on

Bought my Toyos there and they perform free rotations and brake checks and fix flats for gratis. Also they put the right oil in my SUV unlike Clint Newell and didn't charge 300 bucks.

I was stranded on Oregon mountain with fuel filter problem. It was late Friday afternoon and repair shops were closing early and some weren’t even answering the phone. Owner of DC Lube n Tune was very honest and offered some quick repair tips. He told me their capabilities as a Lube n Tune shop and told me not to tow in to his shop because if it was more major problem then I would have to tow out for additional cost. The owner offered some quick repair tips and it worked. It was little risky in this lawsuit happy age to offer commonsensical but liable-ridden tips. It worked, and I was able to limp home safely. Great mechanics and Good Samaritan for a stranded driver in beautiful mountain town that closes down on weekends. I was driving home 800 miles away for my grandkids homecoming after 3 years of overseas stay next day. He tried to call me after 6PM to see if I was OK, but I was driving home. When I returned call later his employee answered to tell me his boss called to see if I needed any help. This guy is rare hero in 21st century America for a stranded travelers with car problems.

We have been very loyal and satisfied customers, since the beginning. We have always been treated very well. Had great service to our vehicles. I do not trust car dealers or mechanics. But Nate has more than earned my trust over the years. I recommend them to everyone! They have worked on everything from our KIAs, Hondas, Jeep, SUVs, conversation van and the only one to touch our 1964 Corvair.
