This business, has gone through a lot over the years. The original owner having committed a crime was placed in prison, why the company floundered to stay in business. The one thing I find about this particular business is the lack of professionalism. why the job is done adequately, it does not look very professional the way they go about doing things. There's no structure and how things work there. You can go in one day and be treated differently than the very next day with a different vehicle, all based on the person that is there. The training from the management must be poor since this is not transmitted between the employees. I have seen about one in 10 employees, that look professional and the job they're doing. There seems to be a high employee turnover, as there's always different people there. Which is probably why the training to be professional is difficult. I also noticed the procedure in checking the oil age did the oil change. The mechanic after changing the oil asked me to start the vehicle and pulled the oil dipstick, ( no not the transmission stick) and checked the oil why the vehicle was running. I usually do all my own work on my vehicles and I was astounded to see how they were checking the oil. Another guy came over and had me turn off the vehicle and then checked the oil himself realizing what his worker had done. This again is a pretty simple thing if you've ever worked on cars, you learned that a check oil. The confidence building is not there for sure because their employees seem like they worked at McDonald's a week ago and now want to be a auto mechanic.
