Roseburg Auto Repair

This is a no appointment oil change place. I paid 69 bucks for a full synthetic on a little Honda. Service gets a fail, on the way home on the freeway and the skid plate under the engine was not put back on and its skidding on the asphalt on the highway. Not good. I'm giving a neutral review because the initial work was bad but the owner made it right.

The first thing I noticed was how clean and well organized the shop is. The technicians were very nice and professional. They checked all the fluid levels and topped off what was needed. They checked the color of fluids and made suggestion as to what needed to be replaced. Checked all the lights to make sure they were all working properly. Replaced the gas filter and air cleaner. I left with the confidence that by vehicle was inspected and serviced properly. They have a nice waiting room with coffee available. I will go back.
