Reaaaally disappointed in this place. Obviously they are busy all the time and are first come first serve but we brought our call in to get the AC checked/fixed as it had not been working and asked them to rotate the tires. They moaned and complained about us asking to rotate tires… like really?! They did not give us a quote on a timeline to have everything completed so we figured a couple hours. Well a bunch of errands later and lunch and we had still not heard from them. We went back but upon waiting in the lobby, no one seemed to care that there was a customer waiting. We left and went home. After still not hearing from them by 4pm, we called and they didn’t even know where our car was or if it was done. They finally told us the AC compressor needed to be replaced and we decided not to do it at that time OR with them… went to pick up vehicle and they didn’t even rotate the tires?! Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Unorganized!

I always go to DC. Yesterday was my last time.they wasn't ones with me and then I was charged 35bucks for one quart of Trans. They said they that they only put 1quart but seen them put 2 .I told them they lost a customer they said that's fine.not good service

Nate and his team are on point when it comes to service without overcharges and unescecary parts. I purchased 4 new Toyo AT Grips for my Rouge at the lowest price in town and had them in and on my car in one day. Best parts best service, even offered interest-free monthly payments. I have my oil changed there, usually in about 30 minutes. And done rite! Something that the Dealer can't even seem to get right putting synthetic blend in a car that requires full synthetic oil. Diagnosed my problem right off the bat, was very clear on price, super kind when telling me how much it would cost me and then got my parts in and car completely done within a few days! Love everyone there!
