The guys who helped me were kind and made my visit fun and enjoyable. I usually dread getting any work done on my vehicle because men usually talk to me like I'm stupid but I didn't experience that at DC Precision Lube & Tune. They talked to me person to person and I wasn't afraid to ask them to explain things I didn't understand. Very friendly staff and fair prices.

I love DC Precision Lube! My last car had a slow oil leak and they had no problem topping off my oil EVERY week for FREE! Everyone is so nice and Nick is a great manager. My only complaint is my new car requires a much more expensive oil change. I'm sure Nick will find me a discount. 😉

I went here to get an oil change in my parents car, and it was terrible! I waited over an hour with one car in front of me. I finally went to see what was going on, and apparently they were having an issue with the vehicle in front of me. They obviously did not have the common courtesy to let me know and move me to the other bay, and they also failed to suggest that when I learned they were having an issue. Instead they suggested I go to the other location. Needless to say, I left with no oil change, and I went to another business all together.
